Terms of service
Effective Date / Last Updated: July 24, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of trilumity.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from TRILUMITY, a brand operated by MEOWPAMPER LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our registered address is 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, USA. This address is administrative only; it is not a return address and no staff work on site. You can reach us at support@trilumity.com (replies within 24 business hours) or +1 (719) 345-1188 (voicemail monitored; callback within 1 business day, Monday–Friday).
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Products sized for kids, such as kids' press-on nail sets, are sold to adults for use under adult supervision.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your offer; it is not acceptance. A contract of sale forms only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. Until dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, address problems, stock issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel, we will notify you and refund any amount you paid in full.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Email support@trilumity.com with your order number.
4. Prices, Payment, and Pricing Errors
All prices are in US dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are one-time only; we do not run subscriptions or add hidden fees. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before payment. Checkout traffic is protected by HTTPS with TLS encryption, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance; we do not store your full card number.
Despite our care, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If the correct price is higher than the price displayed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you. If an order placed at an erroneous price is cancelled, we will refund the full amount you paid.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC, and US territories. Orders ship from our fulfillment partners in China on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — all import duties and taxes are handled by us before delivery, and you owe nothing on delivery. Handling takes 2–4 business days and transit takes 8–14 business days, for a total window of 10–18 business days from the order date. Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more and a flat $7.99 under $50. Full details, including exclusions and our lost-package process, are in the Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date with a $0 restocking fee, subject to the conditions in our Refund and Returns Policy (unused/unworn, lace uncut on wigs, tags and packaging intact, hygiene seals intact where applicable). Returns require a return authorization (RMA) and go to our returns facility in Texas, USA — never to China and never to our Denver administrative address. The Refund and Returns Policy is part of these Terms.
7. Product Information
We work to describe products accurately. Colors may vary slightly with screen settings and dye lots, and handmade items such as wigs carry a size tolerance of about ±1–2 cm. These variations are not defects. Cosmetic accessories such as lash adhesives and nail glues are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease; follow the usage and patch-test guidance on our Disclaimer and Product Safety pages.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and layout — are owned by or licensed to MEOWPAMPER LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may browse and shop for personal use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission. TRILUMITY and related marks may not be used without our consent.
9. Product Reviews and User Content
We welcome honest reviews and follow the FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule (2024). That means, concretely:
- We do not create, buy, or post fake reviews, and we do not pay or otherwise incentivize customers to leave positive reviews.
- We do not suppress or delete honest negative reviews. We moderate only for unlawful, abusive, off-topic, or privacy-violating content, applying the same standards regardless of whether a review is positive or negative.
- We do not run an affiliate program and we do not use incentivized reviews.
By submitting a review or other content, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site. You keep ownership of your content.
10. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@trilumity.com including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Site; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notice: If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, the District of Colorado) and to accept service of process from the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to break the law, infringe others' rights, spread malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the Site's operation. We may suspend access for violations.
12. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the Site itself. This does not affect the product remedies described in our Refund and Returns Policy or any rights you hold under applicable law. See our Disclaimer page for product-specific notices.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MEOWPAMPER LLC and its member, officers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
State-law carve-out: Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. If those laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by defective products where such limits are not permitted.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@trilumity.com — most issues are resolved within a few business days, and we reply within 24 business hours.
Consumer reservation: If you are a consumer, you may bring claims against us in the courts — including small claims court — of your state of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer, and nothing limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site with the latest "Last Updated" date applies to new orders. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Product Safety page, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases.
