The content on trilumity.com is provided for general information about our products — women's wigs, faux mink false lashes and lash adhesives, and reusable press-on nails. We work to keep product descriptions accurate and current, but this content is not professional advice. Nothing here limits the remedies described in our Refund and Returns Policy or your rights under applicable law.

Screen Colors May Vary

Product photos are taken with care, but every screen renders color differently, and hair fibers and dye lots vary slightly between batches. Small differences between the photo and the item in hand are normal and are not defects.

Handmade and Sizing Tolerances

Wigs are largely handmade. Cap measurements and lengths may vary by about ±1–2 cm from the listed figures; this is a normal production tolerance. Press-on nail sizing varies by hand shape — measure your nail beds against the product sizing chart (see our Nail Size & Fit Guide) before ordering. Items within these tolerances are not considered defective.

Care Instructions

Follow the care instructions supplied with each product (washing, storage, heat limits for synthetic fibers, adhesive removal). Damage caused by not following the care instructions — such as heat-styling a synthetic wig beyond its rated temperature or cutting the lace — is not covered as a defect.

Cosmetic Products: Lash Adhesives and Nail Glue

  • Our lash adhesives and nail glues are cosmetic accessories. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Patch-test first: apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm 24 hours before first use. Do not use if redness, itching, or swelling appears.
  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and rinse the area with water. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
  • Avoid direct contact with eyes. For external use only. Keep away from children.

Kids' Products: Safety Notes

  • Kids' press-on nail sets are sold to adults and must be used with adult supervision.
  • Small parts are a choking hazard — not for children under 3, and supervise young children during use.
  • Keep all adhesives and glues away from children at all times.
  • Packaging films and bags are not toys — discard them safely.

California Proposition 65

California's Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings about significant exposures to chemicals on the State's list. Some materials used in beauty accessories generally — plastics, coated metals, and adhesives — are within the scope of Proposition 65. We have not completed laboratory testing of our products against Proposition 65 exposure levels, so we do not make claims either way; we provide this section for your information. California customers with questions can email support@trilumity.com, and general information about Proposition 65 is available from California's OEHHA at p65warnings.ca.gov.

Testimonials and Reviews

We do not currently display testimonials on this Site. If we add customer testimonials or reviews in the future, they will reflect the individual experiences of those customers, and individual results and impressions vary. We follow FTC rules on reviews: no fake or incentivized reviews, and no suppression of honest negative ones.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, carrier tracking pages or SaferProducts.gov). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
