Simple Verification: We verify the request by matching the provided information against our customer records. If additional verification is needed, we will contact you directly.
Completion Window: Once verified, we will process your opt-out request and confirm completion via email within 45 calendar days (as required by the CCPA). If an extension (up to an additional 45 days) is required due to complexity, we will notify you in writing within the initial period.
