Your Right to Opt Out

California's CCPA/CPRA — and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states — give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising. This page explains where we stand and exactly how to exercise that right.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never have. However, like most online stores, we use cookies from analytics and advertising partners to measure ads. Under California law, some of that cookie activity can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising even though no money changes hands. So we treat opt-out requests seriously and make them easy.

Three Ways to Opt Out

  1. Global Privacy Control (automatic). Turn on the GPC signal in your browser or a browser extension. We detect and honor GPC automatically — the browser you are using is opted out of sharing without you doing anything else.
  2. Cookie preferences. Use the cookie settings tool on our Site to turn off advertising cookies. Essential cookies for the cart and checkout stay on so the store keeps working.
  3. Email request. Send an email to support@trilumity.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." Include the email address you use on our Site so we can apply the opt-out to your records.

What Happens Next

  • No government ID required. We verify email requests by matching the information you provide against our records — we will never ask you to upload identity documents for an opt-out.
  • Processed within 15 business days. We complete opt-out requests within 15 business days and confirm by email when you request by email.
  • Authorized agents. You may have an authorized agent submit the request for you; we will ask for reasonable proof of authorization.
  • Per-browser note. GPC and cookie preferences apply to the specific browser and device where they are set. The email method applies to the customer record tied to your email address.

Non-Discrimination

Opting out never costs you anything. We will not deny you products, charge different prices, reduce quality, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right. Your orders, support replies within 24 business hours, and return rights all stay exactly the same.

Right to Appeal

If we decline any part of your request and you disagree, reply to our decision email with "Appeal" in the subject line. We respond to appeals within 60 days where applicable state law provides an appeal right, with a written explanation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Children

Our Site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information of anyone under 16, so no opt-in framework for minors applies to our store.
