Who We Are
TRILUMITY is an online beauty store built for customers in the United States. We sell women's wigs in human hair and synthetic fibers (including HD lace styles), faux mink false lashes with lash adhesives, and reusable press-on nails — including petite/mini press-on nail sets designed for adults with smaller hands. Our store, trilumity.com, is operated by MEOWPAMPER LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado, USA.
Our mission is simple: make quality wigs, lashes, and nails easy to buy, with honest pricing, clear policies, and support that answers you. We would rather under-promise and over-deliver than dress our store up with claims we cannot back.
What We Stand For
- Plain-talk policies. Our shipping times, return rules, and costs are written in everyday language, and the same numbers appear on every page.
- No surprise costs. Prices are in USD. Orders of $50 or more ship free within our delivery area; orders under $50 ship for a flat $7.99. We arrange for applicable import duties and taxes to be prepaid as part of your order, so in the normal course you owe nothing extra when your package arrives.
- Honest reviews. We follow FTC rules on consumer reviews. We do not buy reviews, pay for positive reviews, or suppress honest negative ones.
- Real support. Email is our primary channel, and we reply within 24 business hours. Our phone line goes to monitored voicemail with a callback within 1 business day — we would rather tell you that plainly than advertise a phone desk nobody is sitting at.
Where Your Order Ships From
We want to be upfront about how our business works. Orders ship from our fulfillment partners in China using fast, tracked international shipping lines. This model lets us offer a wide catalog at fair prices. Typical handling time is 2–4 business days and transit time is 8–14 business days, for a total delivery window of 10–18 business days from your order date. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns are different: you never ship anything back to China. All approved returns go to our returns facility in Texas, USA. Email support within 30 days of the delivery date to get a return authorization (RMA); the exact street address is provided in your RMA email. Please do not send returns to our Denver administrative address — no staff work there and packages sent there cannot be processed.
